Having a loved one removed from my family and incarcerated for the last 20 years gives me an insight on the emotional, heart wrenching drama that one feels when a parent or friend calls on FOTAC, whether it's a need for mentoring, job seeking, clothing, education, food, visiting their loved one, or just the support of someone putting their arms around them to let them know 'it's not your fault'.  | Dedra Houston - Secretary Dedra is a Louisville native who joined FOTAC in Fall of 2011 as Secretary. What Dedra has to say: I believe in the vision of FOTAC and am committed to making an impact on the lives of those who find themselves in need of FOTAC's services. My position is comprised of organizing FOTAC's various efforts and providing administrative support under the direction of the FOTAC President, Arnetta Moore.
